1. Mandar un e-mail en blanco, sin asunto a la dirección foro-subscribe@egroups.com

2. En poco tiempo recibiras un mensaje como este:

Tienes que responder al mensaje sin añadir nada y al poco rato recibiras otro mensaje de confirmación, a partir de ese momento estas dado de alta.
